Paid search, paid social and the pages behind them
Most businesses that pay for ads need four things working together. You can ask for one of them or all four.
- Search ads management: campaigns, keywords, ad copy and budgets in Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising.
- Paid social campaigns: audiences, creative and lead forms on Meta or LinkedIn.
- Landing pages and forms: a focused page for each offer, with a short form that sends inquiries where you want them.
- Lead tracking and follow-up setup: conversion tags, call and form tracking, and a CRM handoff so inquiries do not sit unanswered.
Ad spend is paid by you, straight to the platforms.
What you can request
Four services are offered through this site: search ads management, paid social campaigns, landing pages and forms, and lead tracking with follow-up setup. Pick the one closest to what you need on the quote form and describe the rest in the notes. A partner can scope a single piece, such as fixing conversion tracking, or a full setup across ads, pages and tracking. Ad spend is never part of the fee. You pay the platforms directly.
Paid search upkeep
Search term pruning, bid strategy checks, ad tests and budget adjustments, done on a set schedule and noted in a change log.
Paid social campaigns
Meta and LinkedIn ads with defined audiences, rotating creative, lead forms and tracking, all in ad accounts you own.
Landing page tests
Two versions of a page run against each other once there is enough traffic, with changes logged so you can see what moved.
Lead tracking and follow-up
Conversion tags, CRM routing and follow-up reminders set up so each inquiry is recorded with its source and assigned to someone.
Four steps to a quote
You can stop at any point before signing.
- Request: describe the service and your situation on the quote form.
- Handoff: we send it to a service partner, who replies to you directly.
- Scoping: you and the partner agree channels, pages, tracking and reporting.
- Quote: the partner prices that scope, and you accept, adjust or decline it.
Questions that shape the quote
- Which platforms do you want to run: search, social, or both?
- How many offers, products or audiences need their own campaigns?
- Do you have landing pages that work, or do they need building?
- What counts as an inquiry: a form, a call, a chat, a booked meeting?
- Should inquiries flow into a CRM, and which one?
- How often do you want a report, and do you want a meeting with it?
Your answers set the scope, and the scope sets the fee. Ad spend is billed to you by the platforms, separately.
Before you send a request
How long are contracts for this kind of work?
It varies by provider. Some work month to month after setup. Others ask for a minimum term so there is enough data to judge the account. Ask about the minimum term, the notice period, and whether setup fees are charged again if you come back later. All of it should be in the written proposal.
How do I end the arrangement?
Give the notice set out in your agreement. Before the end date, confirm you have admin access to every ad account, analytics property, tag container and page builder, then remove the partner's user access. Ask that landing pages and tracking keep running or be handed over. A good proposal explains this exit process up front.
My industry has ad restrictions. Can this still work?
Often, with care. Ad platforms restrict or add rules for areas such as health, financial services, housing, employment, credit, legal services, alcohol and gambling. Some require advertiser verification or limit targeting. Mention your industry in the request so the service partner can say what is possible. Whether specific claims are lawful is a question for your own counsel.
Do I need consent before sending follow-up texts to new leads?
Generally yes. Marketing calls and texts to people who fill in a form fall under consent rules, including the federal TCPA and some state laws. Setting up the right consent wording and records is the advertiser's responsibility, and the details should come from your own counsel. A service partner can build the form fields and record what was agreed. The FCC publishes consumer guidance on robocalls and texts.
What will I need to provide?
Typically: access to existing ad accounts and analytics, a payment method on file with the ad platforms, facts about your offer and prices, logos and photos, someone to approve ads and pages, and a person who answers new inquiries. Over time, the most useful thing you can give is feedback on which leads became customers.
